Zachary Ball — Managing Partner | Multimedia Director

With over 16 years of experience in computer programming and 13 years of Macromedia Flash interactive application development, Zac brings the expertise and knowledge to develop any type of project. Holding a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University, he is a creature of logic and reason. Zac has a unique problem solving ability that allows him to pinpoint the most efficient solution available. His hobbies include playing guitar, woodworking and welding.

Josh Ball — Managing Partner | Creative Director

Joshua Ball, a graduate from the Center for Creative Studies in Detroit, has worked in the field of Graphic Illustration and Web Design for more than 16 years.  The urge to create and examine new territory in this field has been the fire that has fueled Josh’s growth in this fulfilling career.  As an Artist, Josh has made a name for himself in the city of Detroit as a unique visionary. Within the Graphic/Web Design industry, Josh has masterfully created unique designs for multi-national corporations and automotive companies as well as “mom and pop” shops.  His hobbies include skydiving, tattoos, caber tossing and illustrating comic books.

Sam Mancuso — Managing Partner | Sales and Marketing Director

Sam joined the team in December of 2010, lending his background as an accomplished technology executive with a reputation as a manager capable of providing innovative new solutions for prominent fortune 500 companies. His resume spans a distinguished career that highlights his strengths as a successful P&L leader and general manager, with a proven track record of increasing profitability by successfully building organizations through organic growth and acquisition strategy. He was recognized by Business Week for being a leading change agent for business transformation at Hewlett Packard, where he managed a $13 billion division of the company. He has also successfully founded and led a number of startups, making him the perfect fit to round out Gravy Network’s management team. While he isn’t making great deals or leading his team, Sam can be found out on the golf course, or spending time downtown taking in a Tigers game or a show at the Fox.

Connor Artman — Project Manager

Connor holds a Masters of Arts in American History from Oakland University. His background in academia focused on the American experience in the 20th century, with an emphasis on political history and the evolution of American cities. His experience in research and scholarship are invaluable to his roles as copy editor, researcher, and data analyst. Connor's tenure as Graduate Assistant to the Department of History, along with several positions in retail management, allowed him to transition seamlessly into his role as Director of Operations at Gravy Network. When he's not working, he enjoys video and card games, urban exploration, gardening, and catching up on his favorite TV shows.

Nate DeLandsheer — Multimedia Developer

Nate is one of our lead developers and the company's official "jack-of-all-trades". He has been with the company for almost 7 years. He was introduced to computers at a young age and trained himself on multiple facets of the computer world.  He has been developing for the web since he was 15 and brings to the table a unique and bare-bones approach to design and development. Nate is the go-to guy when it comes to most of the company's and clients' IT needs.  He is currently fixing all of his family and friends' computers and in his spare time enjoys snowboarding, playing guitar and video games.

Jacqui Dyach — Multimedia Developer

Jacqui graduated from the College for Creative Studies in May, 2006 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Graphic Design, and joined the team in September, 2006. She is experienced in html, css, javascript, flash, php, and specializes in front-end Web and CMS development. Her role at Mercury also includes coordinating project development and delivery with clients and the internal team. On weekends you can find Jacqui at local craft shows, selling her handcrafted jewelry and accessories. Her other interests include painting, crafting, photography, and music.
